About the Instructor:
Sena Şenkal is a wine educator and gastronomy expert, holding a dual degree in Economics and Gastronomy from Yeditepe University. After working as a sommelier in the United States for a year, she returned to Turkey to continue her wine career at Kavaklıdere Wines. Sena Şenkal is a graduate of the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 3 Award in Wines program. She emphasizes the story and potential of local grapes in the Anatolian region, the birthplace of wine. Sena organizes wine education and tasting events across various cities in Turkey and provides wine and menu consultancy to select restaurants.
