Fresh Organic Pollen

Pollen collected from traps in front of beehives contains some moisture. If not kept and transported under cold chain conditions, it can spoil. Therefore, pollen harvested from bees is dried at approximately 30 degrees Celsius in pollen drying machines. Fresh pollen, however, is harvested directly from the hive without this drying process and must be stored and shipped using a cold chain. Orders for fresh pollen from our website are shipped with a cold chain, similar to our royal jelly products.

Pollen is the reproductive cell of plants and the sole protein source for bees. It is rich in proteins, minerals, and vitamins, including B, C, D, E vitamins, beta carotene, calcium, magnesium, selenium, nucleic acid, lectin, and cysteine.

Our pollen is produced using organic beekeeping methods in the Mersin Taurus Mountains from April to June and packaged in our facility.

Consumption Suggestions:
You can consume it by mixing with yogurt, milk, fruit juice, or honey. It is generally recommended for adults to consume 2 teaspoons daily and for children under 10 years old to consume 1 teaspoon daily. It should be stored in the refrigerator after delivery.
