Orders and Shipping
Orders are handed to the carrier within 0–3 business days and arrive 3–9 business days after shipment, usually 3–12 business days in total. Shipping is $19.99 to the US and Canada, $24.99 to Europe and $49 to other countries (plus a small fee for each additional item), and free on orders over $300. See our Shipping Policy.
You can return most items within 15 days of delivery. The customer pays the return shipping cost, and once we receive the item we approve your refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Email us right away at info@shopofturkey.com with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not shipped yet, we can correct it.
Every order ships with a tracking number, which we email to you once your order ships.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Email info@shopofturkey.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We start the process once we receive the photos.
Email your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging to info@shopofturkey.com within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a refund.
