This organic pollen is produced using organic beekeeping methods in the Mersin Taurus Mountains between April and June and is packaged in our facility.

Consumption Suggestions:
You can consume it by mixing with yogurt, milk, fruit juice, or honey. It is generally recommended for adults to consume 2 teaspoons daily and for children under 10 to consume 1 teaspoon daily.

Difference Between Dried and Fresh Pollen:
Pollen collected from traps at the hive entrance is initially moist and can spoil if not kept and transported in a cold chain. Therefore, harvested pollen is dried at around 30 degrees Celsius. Fresh pollen is not dried and requires cold chain storage and transport. Orders for fresh pollen from our website are shipped with a cold chain, similar to our royal jelly products.
