Ingredients: Dried, ground; garlic-onion, black pepper, parsley, turmeric, hot chili powder, salt (3.4%), natural corn starch, sunflower oil.
Uses: French fries, baked potatoes, potato-filled pastries, potato croquettes, mashed potato salad, potato dumplings (hingel), all kinds of pasta and chicken dishes.
Baked Potatoes (Serves 4)
1 kg medium-sized potatoes are cut into wedges. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons (30 g) of Arifoğlu potato spice and 3 tablespoons of oil. Toss the potatoes in the mixture and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
