Eğriçayır Organic Karakovan Honey is produced organically at an altitude of 2,500 meters in Eğriçayır Plateau. The honeycombs are entirely made by bees without the addition of a base comb. The honey was awarded a gold medal at the 2017 Apimondia Beekeeping competition. The color of the honeycomb may vary depending on the plant diversity in the area.
