**Eğriçayır Organic Cedar Honey**

Cedar trees are located in the Taurus Mountains of Mersin at altitudes between 1200m and 2000m. Cedar honey is not a floral honey but a secretion honey. The secretion is formed when the basra insect consumes cedar sap, influenced by seasonal temperatures and rainfall. Bees collect this secretion to produce cedar honey.

Due to its dependence on seasonal conditions, cedar honey is produced in limited quantities and not every year. It has a unique aroma and is popular in the Mediterranean region.

The honey is produced using organic beekeeping methods in the Taurus Mountains. All products are organically certified.
