Eğriçayır Organic Pine Honey is produced in the Muğla region by contracted beekeepers and is certified organic. This type of honey, known as secretion honey, is primarily produced in the coastal areas of Muğla and the Mediterranean. It is derived from the secretion of the basra insect living on red pine trees and is known for its dark brown color and woody aroma. Pine honey has a lower pH and is less likely to crystallize compared to flower honeys.
