**Product Description: Raw Orange Blossom Honey**

This honey is produced by beekeepers who follow the KONAR (Controlled Beekeeping System) and move their hives to orange groves in Mersin during the spring. The entire process, from hive to jar, is monitored and controlled. The honey is analyzed after harvest to ensure quality. Orange blossom honey has a light, floral aroma and a low glycemic index.

**Controlled Beekeeping and Production Process**

Our beekeepers hold a Controlled Beekeeping Certificate, contributing to Turkish beekeeping by providing traceable, pure honey. We manage a thorough monitoring process from the apiary to the jar for both organic and natural honeys. Organic honeys are certified by an independent body, while natural honeys are overseen by our own teams.

**About Eğriçayır**

Our hives are located in the Eğriçayır region, approximately 110 km from Erdemli, Mersin, at an altitude of about 2,500 meters. This area is characterized by wildflowers due to its high altitude. Our honey has received awards, including a gold medal at the Apimondia World Beekeeping Awards.
