Shop of Turkey is operated by Horizon Interactive LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Istanbul, Türkiye, close to the Grand Bazaar area.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Carriers

We ship with UPS, FedEx, Widect and DHL eCommerce. The carrier is chosen according to your destination and the weight of the parcel.

Shipping rates

United States and most other countries: $17.99 + $4.00 per item. Free shipping on orders over $300.
Australia, Oceania and South America: Fast Shipping $49.00. Free shipping on orders over $300.
Greenland: $52.00. Free shipping on orders over $400.
Türkiye: $4.99 + $2.00 per item.

Estimated delivery time

United States and Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment
Europe and United Kingdom: 4–8 business days after shipment
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays or carrier delays.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped to the United States: import duties and customs fees are paid by us (Horizon Interactive LLC). You will not be charged any additional fee at delivery.
Orders shipped to Europe and other countries: import duties, VAT and customs fees set by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or the customs authority on delivery.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us.

Damaged, lost or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email clear photos of the item and its packaging, together with your order number, to info@shopofturkey.com within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the photos, we start the process. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
