It is recommended to dilute before internal use. Water can be used to dilute the thyme oil. The dilution ratio should be one-third oil and the remaining part water.

Thyme (Thymus sp.)
It is found in clusters on arid hills and ridges. It prefers to be located on the edges of grassy fields, forest edges, and on top of ant nests in meadows. Since it requires sun and warmth, it thrives in rocky and mountainous areas where the soil temperature is high. The pleasant scent from its violet-colored flowers during sunny midday heat attracts bees and insects. It contains essential oil, bitter substances, tannin, carvacrol, and thymol.
Store at room temperature, in a closed container, away from light. Keep out of reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
