Mini Biscuit Turkish Delight is made from sugar derived from sugar beets, water, corn starch, powdered sugar, citric acid (E330), rose flavor, and coloring (E124). The biscuit component, which constitutes 50% of the product, contains sugar, vegetable oil, leavening agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate), salt, flavoring (vanillin), and coloring (E124). This product is manufactured by Tuğba Kuruyemiş Ltd. Şti. in Turkey, adhering to the Turkish Food Codex for Turkish Delight. It should be stored in a cool, dry place between +4°C and +20°C. The product may contain gluten and traces of almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, and peanuts.
