Tarhana 500g – Tuğba Kuruyemiş

Tarhana is a traditional Turkish soup mix made from wheat flour, red pepper, tomato, yogurt, onion, and a blend of spices including salt, garlic powder, mint, carrot granules, turmeric powder, crushed red pepper, red pepper, onion powder, parsley, dill, black pepper powder, basil, sumac, and clove powder. This product is packaged by Tuğba Kuruyemiş Ltd. Şti. and originates from Turkey. It is recommended to store the product in a cool, dry place between +4°C and +20°C, with the packaging sealed. The net weight of the product is 500 grams. For preparation, it is suggested to melt a tablespoon of butter in a pot, add a tablespoon of tomato paste, and heat. Then, add five cups of water, mix a cup of water with the tarhana in a separate bowl, and combine with the boiling mixture. Cook for 15-20 minutes and optionally add a teaspoon of mint and red pepper.
