Mirvari Coffee is a blend that includes Turkish coffee, coffee creamer (hydrogenated vegetable oil, stabilizer), dipotassium phosphate, sodium polyphosphate, sodium caseinate (milk protein), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), and colorant (beta carotene). It also contains mastic gum, carob powder, cocoa, mastic, salep, mahaleb, and safflower. The product is a combination of imported and local ingredients, adhering to the Turkish food codex. It is packaged in a 500-gram pack and should be stored in a cool, dry place. For preparation, use 2 Tuğba scoops or 2 teaspoons per cup, similar to Turkish coffee, with optional sugar.
