Mirvari Coffee 500g – Tuğba Kuruyemiş

Mirvari Coffee is a blend that includes Turkish coffee and coffee creamer made from hydrogenated vegetable oil and stabilizers such as dipotassium phosphate and sodium polyphosphate. It contains sodium caseinate, an emulsifier made from mono and diglycerides, an anti-caking agent like silicon dioxide, and a coloring agent, beta carotene. Additional ingredients are menengiç, carob powder, cocoa, mastic gum, salep, mahaleb, and safflower. The product weighs 500 grams and is prepared from both imported and local ingredients. It complies with the Turkish Food Codex and should be stored in a cool, dry place. For preparation, use two Tuğba scoops or two teaspoons per cup, similar to Turkish coffee, and add sugar if desired.
